At Bao Lu Store, we are committed to providing a safe and satisfying shopping experience in compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations. 

  

General Conditions 

  

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from our side. 

  

Eligible Products 

  

  • This policy applies to all clothing and children’s clothing items sold in our store. 

  

  • Items must be unused and include all original accessories (if any). 

  

Exclusions 

  

  • Items that have been used, washed, or lost their original packaging. 

  

  • Customized or altered items. 

  

  • Products that have been damaged or changed in condition, preventing resale. 

  

In Case of Error or Damage 

  

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, Bao Lu will cover all return shipping costs and either send the correct item or issue a full refund.

  1. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If a return or refund is delayed without valid reason, the customer has the right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with Saudi consumer protection laws.
